At EasyBasket, we want every order to reach you correctly and in good condition. If something is wrong with your order, please let us know as soon as possible so we can help.

EasyBasket is operated by KHWAHISH GENERAL TRADING L.L.C.

Return Window

We accept eligible return requests within 24 hours of delivery.

Return requests made after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

Self-Service Returns

EasyBasket allows customers to request returns through our self-service return process.

Submitting a return request does not mean the return has been approved. All return requests are reviewed by EasyBasket before approval.

To request a return, please follow the return request option available through your order details or customer account. Once your request is reviewed, we will let you know whether the return is approved and provide the next steps.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and unopened
  • In its original packaging
  • With all seals, labels, and packaging intact
  • In the same condition in which it was delivered
  • Accompanied by the order details or proof of purchase

For grocery, food, personal care, hygiene, cleaning, and household products, returns are only accepted if the item is unopened and suitable for resale, unless the item is damaged, defective, expired, spoiled, missing, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, Expired, Spoiled, Missing, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it is delivered.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, expired, spoiled, missing, or incorrect, please contact us or submit a return request within 24 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photos where applicable, especially for damaged, expired, spoiled, or incorrect items.

Please keep the affected item and packaging available until the issue is resolved, as we may need to inspect it or collect it.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one of the following:

  • A replacement
  • A refund
  • A partial refund
  • Store credit, where appropriate

For confirmed order issues caused by EasyBasket, the AED 5.00 return shipping fee and 5% restocking fee will not apply.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If you wish to return an eligible item for any reason other than an EasyBasket error or confirmed product issue, the item must meet the return eligibility conditions above.

For approved change-of-mind returns:

  • A flat return shipping fee of AED 5.00 will apply
  • A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount
  • The original delivery fee, if any, is non-refundable

Return Pickup

For approved returns, EasyBasket will arrange the return pickup.

Customers do not need to arrange their own courier return. The AED 5.00 return shipping fee covers the return pickup arranged by EasyBasket, unless the return is due to an EasyBasket error or confirmed product issue.

At this time, EasyBasket does not accept customer drop-offs or in-person returns at a physical location.

Preparing Items for Return Pickup

Once a return is approved, the item must be kept ready for pickup in its original packaging and in the same condition in which it was approved for return.

If the item is not available for pickup, has been opened, used, damaged after delivery, tampered with, or is no longer in the approved return condition, EasyBasket may decline the return or adjust the refund.

Return Shipping Fee

Approved returns are subject to a flat return shipping fee of AED 5.00, unless the return is due to an item being damaged, defective, expired, spoiled, missing, or incorrect.

Restocking Fee

A 5% restocking fee applies to approved change-of-mind returns.

This fee does not apply where the return is due to an EasyBasket error or a confirmed product issue.

Final Sale Items and Non-Returnable Conditions

EasyBasket does not currently mark any products as final sale.

However, this does not mean every item can be returned in any condition. All returned items must meet the eligibility conditions in this policy.

Opened, used, unsealed, consumed, tampered, or improperly stored items cannot be returned unless they are damaged, defective, expired, spoiled, missing, or incorrect due to an EasyBasket error or product issue.

This is especially important for grocery, food, personal care, hygiene, cleaning, and household products.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for the refund to appear may depend on your bank, card provider, or payment provider.

For cash-on-delivery or alternative payment orders, if introduced in the future, we may process the refund through a suitable method agreed with the customer.

Non-Refundable Charges

Unless the return is due to an EasyBasket error or confirmed product issue, the following may be non-refundable:

  • Original delivery fees
  • AED 5.00 return shipping fee
  • 5% restocking fee
