This Shipping Policy explains how EasyBasket handles order processing, delivery, shipping fees, failed deliveries, unavailable items, and delivery-related issues.
EasyBasket is operated by KHWAHISH GENERAL TRADING L.L.C.
Delivery Area
EasyBasket delivers across the United Arab Emirates.
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery availability, delivery timing, and delivery fees may vary depending on your location, order size, delivery schedule, operational capacity, and any other factors shown at checkout.
Delivery Method
EasyBasket uses its own delivery arrangements to fulfil customer orders.
We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to confirm your order, clarify your address, arrange delivery, discuss unavailable items, or resolve any order-related issue.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been authorized and the order has been accepted by EasyBasket.
Once an order is placed, we will begin preparing it for delivery. Order processing may be affected by product availability, payment status, delivery location, order volume, public holidays, operational capacity, or other circumstances outside our control.
Estimated Delivery Time
EasyBasket aims to deliver orders within 1 to 3 days after order confirmation, unless a different delivery timeframe is shown at checkout or communicated to you.
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, public holidays, high order volume, stock availability, address issues, customer unavailability, or other operational reasons.
If there is a significant delay with your order, we will try to contact you using the contact details provided at checkout.
Minimum Order Value
EasyBasket may apply a minimum order value.
The applicable minimum order value, if any, will be shown on the website or at checkout. If a minimum order value is required, your order must meet that minimum before it can be placed.
Delivery Fees
Delivery fees, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.
Delivery fees may vary depending on your location, order value, delivery schedule, promotions, or other conditions shown at checkout.
Any original delivery fee may be non-refundable unless the issue is caused by EasyBasket, such as a confirmed missing, incorrect, damaged, defective, expired, or spoiled item.
Address and Contact Information
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
This includes:
- Full name
- Correct mobile number
- WhatsApp number, if available
- Complete delivery address
- Building, villa, apartment, office, floor, or unit number
- Area and emirate
- Any useful delivery instructions
EasyBasket is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or unreachable contact or address information.
If we cannot confirm your address or contact you when needed, your order may be delayed, rescheduled, partially fulfilled, or cancelled.
Delivery Confirmation
When your order is delivered, you may be asked to receive the order directly or confirm delivery.
Please check your order as soon as it is delivered. If anything is missing, incorrect, damaged, defective, expired, or spoiled, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Order issues reported after 24 hours may not be accepted, except where required by applicable law.
Unavailable or Out-of-Stock Items
EasyBasket does not automatically substitute out-of-stock items.
If an item in your order is unavailable, we may contact you by phone or WhatsApp to ask how you would like to proceed.
You may choose to:
- Replace the unavailable item with another suitable item
- Remove the unavailable item from the order
- Receive a refund for the unavailable item
- Cancel the affected part of the order
If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we may refund the unavailable item and deliver the rest of your order.
Where appropriate, EasyBasket may also refund a fair pro-rata portion of the delivery fee as a goodwill adjustment, even if the original delivery fee was fixed.
Partial Deliveries
In some cases, your order may be delivered partially if one or more items are unavailable, delayed, removed, or refunded.
If this happens, we will try to notify you before delivery or as soon as reasonably possible.
You will not be charged for items that are removed from your order and not delivered.
Failed Delivery Attempts
A delivery may fail if:
- The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete
- The customer is unavailable
- We cannot reach the customer by phone or WhatsApp
- Access to the building, villa, office, or delivery location is restricted
- The customer refuses the order without a valid issue
- The customer requests a change that cannot be accommodated
- Delivery cannot be completed for reasons outside EasyBasket’s control
If a delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect details, or lack of response, EasyBasket may reschedule the delivery where possible.
Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery if the failed delivery was not caused by EasyBasket.
Unattended Deliveries
For grocery and household orders, we recommend that someone is available to receive the order directly.
If you ask us to leave an order at your door, reception, security desk, lobby, or another unattended location, you accept responsibility for the order once it has been delivered to the requested location.
EasyBasket is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, spoilage, or temperature-related issues after an order is left at a location requested or approved by you.
Delivery of Grocery, Food, and Household Products
Some products may require careful handling, storage, or timely collection after delivery.
Customers are responsible for checking product labels, expiry dates, storage instructions, ingredients, allergens, warnings, and suitability before use or consumption.
If you believe a product has arrived damaged, defective, expired, spoiled, incorrect, or otherwise unsuitable, please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery and keep the product and packaging available for inspection or collection.
Order Cancellation Before Delivery
You may request cancellation before your order has been packaged and marked ready for courier collection.
If your cancellation request is accepted before the order has been packaged and marked ready for courier collection, there will be no cancellation charge.
Once the order has been packaged, prepared for delivery, or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, any return or refund request will be handled according to our Returns and Refund Policy.
Returns and Return Shipping
Returns are handled under our Returns and Refund Policy.
For approved change-of-mind returns, EasyBasket charges a flat AED 5.00 return shipping fee and a 5% restocking fee.
These charges do not apply where the return is due to a confirmed EasyBasket error or product issue, such as a damaged, defective, expired, spoiled, missing, or incorrect item.
Delays Outside Our Control
EasyBasket is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to traffic, weather, road closures, public holidays, government restrictions, system outages, payment provider issues, stock disruptions, or other operational interruptions.
We will make reasonable efforts to fulfil your order as soon as possible.
