These Terms of Service apply to your use of the EasyBasket website, online store, and related services. By accessing our website, placing an order, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

2. Use of Our Website

By using this website, you confirm that you are using it for lawful purposes and that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date.

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, submit false information, or use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

We may refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access where we reasonably believe there is misuse, suspected fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

3. Products and Availability

EasyBasket sells grocery items, household products, personal care products, cleaning products, kitchen essentials, and other everyday-use products.

Product availability may change without notice. Items shown on the website may occasionally be unavailable, discontinued, incorrectly listed, or temporarily out of stock.

We try to keep product information, prices, images, descriptions, and availability accurate. However, errors may occur. Product images are for reference and may vary slightly from the actual item, including packaging, design, size presentation, label updates, or promotional packaging.

4. Pricing and VAT

All prices are shown in UAE dirhams, unless stated otherwise.

Displayed prices are inclusive of 5% VAT where applicable.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product listing errors, or other mistakes before accepting or fulfilling an order. If an error affects your order, we may contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed, adjust the order, or cancel the affected item.

5. Orders and Acceptance

After you place an order, you may receive an order confirmation. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee final acceptance of the order.

An order is accepted once it is confirmed, processed, and prepared for fulfilment by EasyBasket.

We may cancel or refuse an order where:

  • An item is out of stock
  • Payment is not authorized
  • Delivery information is incomplete or incorrect
  • The delivery area cannot be served
  • A pricing, product, or technical error has occurred
  • Fraud, misuse, or suspicious activity is suspected
  • The order cannot be fulfilled for operational reasons

If we cancel an order after payment has been made, we will arrange a refund for the cancelled amount.

6. Payment

EasyBasket accepts online card payments through Stripe.

Payment must be authorized before an order is processed. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. EasyBasket does not store your full card details.

7. Out-of-Stock Items and Substitutions

EasyBasket does not automatically substitute out-of-stock items.

If an item in your order is unavailable, we may contact you to ask how you would like to proceed. You may choose an alternative item, remove the unavailable item, or cancel the affected part of the order.

If we cannot reach you within a reasonable time, we may refund the unavailable item and continue delivering the rest of your order.

Where appropriate, we may also refund a fair pro-rata portion of the delivery fee as a goodwill adjustment, even where the original delivery fee was fixed.

8. Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation before your order has been packaged and marked ready for courier collection.

If your cancellation request is accepted before the order is packaged and ready for courier collection, there will be no cancellation charge.

Once an order has been packaged, dispatched, or prepared for delivery, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, any return or refund request will be handled according to our Returns and Refund Policy.

9. Delivery

EasyBasket delivers across the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery times, fees, and availability may vary depending on your location, order size, delivery schedule, operational capacity, and other factors.

EasyBasket uses its own delivery arrangements. We may contact you by phone or WhatsApp regarding delivery confirmation, address clarification, substitutions, failed delivery attempts, or order issues.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring someone is available to receive the order at the agreed delivery location.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect information, customer unavailability, lack of response, or other reasons outside our control, we may reschedule, cancel, or apply additional charges where reasonable.

10. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled according to our Returns and Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery.

For approved change-of-mind returns, an AED 5.00 return shipping fee and 5% restocking fee may apply.

For confirmed EasyBasket errors or product issues, including damaged, defective, expired, spoiled, missing, or incorrect items, these fees will not apply.

11. Grocery, Food, Hygiene, and Personal Care Products

Because EasyBasket sells grocery, food, hygiene, personal care, and household products, some items may not be returnable once opened, used, unsealed, tampered with, or no longer suitable for resale.

This does not affect your rights where an item is damaged, defective, expired, spoiled, missing, or incorrect.

Customers should inspect their order upon delivery and report any issue within 24 hours.

12. Customer Accounts and Information

You are responsible for keeping your account details, contact information, delivery address, and order information accurate.

We may use your provided contact details to communicate with you about orders, delivery, returns, refunds, customer support, and service-related matters.

Our use of personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Promotions, Discounts, and Offers

Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers may be subject to specific terms, validity periods, product exclusions, order minimums, or usage limits.

We may modify, suspend, or withdraw offers at any time, unless an order has already been accepted under that offer.

If a discount or promotion is used incorrectly, fraudulently, or due to a technical error, we may cancel, adjust, or refuse the affected order.

14. Product Suitability and Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for checking product labels, ingredients, allergens, usage instructions, expiry dates, storage instructions, warnings, and suitability before use or consumption.

Information on the website is provided for general shopping convenience and may not include every detail shown on the physical product label.

If you have allergies, dietary restrictions, medical concerns, or specific product requirements, you should check the actual product packaging before use.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EasyBasket and KHWAHISH GENERAL TRADING L.L.C. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of the website, products, delivery service, or inability to use the service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

16. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the EasyBasket website, including text, images, graphics, logos, product presentation, layout, and design, is owned by or licensed to EasyBasket unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use our website content for commercial purposes without prior written permission.

Product names, brand names, logos, and trademarks shown on our website may belong to their respective owners.

17. Third-Party Services

EasyBasket may use third-party services for payment processing, website hosting, analytics, communication, and other operational purposes.

Your use of these services may also be subject to the relevant third party’s own terms and policies.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.

Your continued use of the website or services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

19. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, orders, products, or services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
